Why is it easier for someone who wants to kill children to get their hands on an automatic weapon than it is for my friend to get her hands on a birth control pill

I’m curious, what is the process to get a birth control pill in your state/locality? I don’t really know much about the process, since I honestly never have had to (or, I suppose been able to; if there was a BC pill for men I’d be on it right now) purchase a pharmaceutical birth control pill.

I have never known anyone to have any struggle in obtaining birth control or Plan B. There’s availability without prescription, there is discretion all-around (you don’t even need parental permission anymore), and cost is low. I don’t know why people turn anecdotal bullshit sob stories in order to reinforce nonsensical talking points. I mean, i know it’s hip to make posts like this, but christ.
